Among the hills of Corleone, in the countries of Malvello and Patria, in the heart of the D.O.C area of “Monreale”, bends at sight the rows of vine cultivated from the Pollara’s brothers, which have done from their love for the grapes a passionate job. This passion proves with the continue evolution and exploitation (increase in value) of the classic wines of Sicily, putting into relief the typical nature of the vine and using only the best grapes of each vineyards which are selected with care, harvesting by hand and softly pressed. The farm has always aimed on the improvement of the quality of the own wine through the program of research in the sector of the vine-growing and wine-producing and with the help of the modern technology without renouncing at the noble oenological Sicily tradition.
